SMS Alerts Program

Digital Data Solutions ("DDS", "we," "us") operates a limited, internal SMS notification program used by DDS staff to receive time-sensitive alerts about incoming client correspondence. This program is not a customer-facing marketing or promotional messaging list — it is an operational tool used only by enrolled DDS team members.

What this program does

When an email arrives from a recognized client or partner domain, an enrolled DDS staff member's phone receives a single text message containing the sender's name and the subject line, so the right person can follow up quickly.

Call to action & consent

DDS team members who wish to receive these alerts opt in individually, in writing, by providing their mobile number to DDS management and confirming the disclosure below. A sample of that consent language is shown here for reference:

This program is currently limited to internal DDS staff and is not open to public enrollment. It does not send marketing, promotional, or third-party content.
